The Novaes Method

The foundation of Tatiana Novaes Coaching

Twenty years of working with dancers, athletes and rehabilitation clients have shaped a way of teaching that pays attention to the small things — alignment, breath, the muscles you didn’t know you had. Every session is built around the person in front of me, so the work you do here translates into how you sit, walk, lift and move in the rest of your life.

Professionals who sit all day

You spend long hours at a desk, and you can feel it — tight shoulders, a stiff lower back, less energy than you’d like. Sessions are designed to undo that, gently and progressively.

Who I work with?

People returning to movement

Maybe you’ve taken time off, had an injury, or feel less confident in your body than you used to. We start where you are and build from there.

People in pain or recovery

I work alongside physiotherapists, osteopaths and rehabilitation specialists. If you’ve been referred or are managing a long-term issue, your sessions will be adapted accordingly.

Dancers, athletes and performers

With a background in professional dance and movement analysis, the work goes well beyond basic technique. Expect precise feedback and serious attention to detail.

What changes for my clients

Most people come in wanting to feel stronger or less stiff. Within a few weeks, they start noticing other things too.

Better posture

Small adjustments to how you hold yourself become automatic.

Strength that matters

Stairs, suitcases, sport — what real life asks of your body.

Less recurring pain

The aches that came back every week started to fade

More body awareness

You stop guessing and start training with intention
